Event planning services

Every event has two questions to answer: what are you planning, and how much help do you need?

North West Event Planning supports weddings, private and cultural events, corporate and nonprofit programs, and production-focused events across Washington. We can step in when most of the planning is already done, help finish a plan that is still taking shape, or support the event from the early decisions through production and closeout.

Event types

What are you planning?

The kind of event matters because a wedding, a fundraiser, a conference, and a live stage program do not create the same planning problems. Choose the page that is closest to what you are organizing.

Service levels

How much help do you need?

The event type tells us what you are planning. The service level tells us how much of the planning and coordination you want us to handle.

01

Event-Day Management

Best fit when most of the planning is already done, but you do not want to be the person running the event.

We step in before the event to understand the plan you have built and prepare for the final coordination.

This is coordination of an existing plan, not full planning from the beginning.

02

Planning and Coordination

Best fit when planning is underway, but important decisions are still open or becoming difficult to manage.

You may already have the venue and some vendors, while the schedule, floor plan, remaining vendor needs, program, or rehearsal still need work.

This level is designed to help finish and organize a plan that is already in progress.

03

Full-Service Planning and Production

Best fit when you want support from the early planning decisions through the event itself.

The final scope is built around the event rather than forcing every client into the same checklist.

Event type and service level are separate decisions

A wedding can need Event-Day Management or Full-Service Planning and Production. The same is true for a fundraiser, conference, cultural event, or private celebration.

You do not need to choose the right combination before contacting us.

Tell us what you are planning, what has already been decided, and what you do not want to manage yourself. We can help identify the event-specific support and service level that make sense together.

You do not have to start over when we get involved

Many clients contact us after the venue or several vendors are already booked.

We can work with the plan you already have, review the information in place, coordinate existing vendors, and identify remaining gaps that still need an owner.

If additional vendors are needed, recommendations may be part of the planning scope.

North West Event Planning coordinates vendors but does not guarantee another company’s performance. Third-party vendor costs remain separate.

Pricing

Pricing follows the work involved

North West Event Planning does not publish service prices on the website.

For private events, pricing is provided during the inquiry and proposal process after we understand the event and the level of support you need.

Organizational events and production services are quoted based on scope, schedule, venue, staffing, and technical requirements.

Service area

Questions about our event planning services

No. Tell us what you are planning, what is already in place, and where you need help. We can use that information to identify the service level that best matches the work.

Yes. Many clients contact us after the venue or some vendors are already booked. Planning and Coordination is specifically suited to events where important parts of the plan are still unfinished.

Yes. We can coordinate existing vendors and bring their timing and responsibilities into the event plan. If additional vendors are still needed, recommendations may be part of the scope.

No. Preparation happens before the event so we can understand the venue, vendors, schedule, and responsibilities before taking over event-day coordination.

We can coordinate those areas when they are part of the agreed scope, but North West Event Planning is not a decor or rental provider. The exact vendor and production structure depends on the event.

The three levels provide a clear starting structure. Final scope can be adjusted around the event and documented in the proposal.
