North West Event Planning provides wedding planning and coordination in Seattle, the Eastside, and other Washington locations. We can step in when most of the planning is already done, help finish a plan that still has open pieces, or support the wedding from the early decisions through event day.
The goal is simple: you should be at your wedding, not answering vendor questions or managing the schedule.
The right level depends on what is already done
If the venue, major vendors, and key decisions are already in place, Event-Day Management may be enough. We review the plan, coordinate the final details, and take over the event-day responsibilities included in the scope.
If planning is underway but important decisions are still open, Planning and Coordination may fit better. We help with the remaining vendors, schedule, floor plan, program, and rehearsal where needed.

Event day
The day needs one working plan
You should not have to leave dinner, step away from family, or stop a conversation because a vendor needs to know what happens next.
Depending on the agreed scope, wedding-day coordination may include:

- setup oversight

- vendor arrivals
- program and timeline management
- communication around changes
- on-site problem-solving

Ceremony structure
Ceremony structure can change the whole schedule
Some weddings include cultural or religious ceremony requirements, several family roles, multiple locations, multilingual coordination, or more than one day of events.
Those details can affect timing, seating, vendor access, room transitions, meals, music, photography, and guest flow.
Persian and Iranian events are a documented cultural specialization within our broader wedding planning work. For other traditions, we plan around the specific requirements of the ceremony and the people responsible for them.

Wedding planning fees depend on the level of support and the details of the event.
When you contact us, tell us where the planning stands, the date or timeframe, venue or city, approximate guest count, and the kind of help you need. We use that information to understand the scope and recommend the right level of support.
Your proposal will reflect the services and responsibilities agreed for your wedding.

Questions about wedding planning and coordination
Can you work with vendors we have already hired?
Yes. We can coordinate with vendors already involved in the wedding and bring their timing and responsibilities into the event plan. If additional vendors are still needed, recommendations may be part of the planning scope.
Is a venue coordinator the same as a wedding coordinator?
Not necessarily. A venue coordinator is primarily responsible for the venue and its operations. A wedding coordinator works across the broader wedding plan, including the vendors, timeline, ceremony and reception flow, and the responsibilities included in the agreed scope.
Who coordinates the rehearsal?
Rehearsal coordination may be part of the planning scope when the ceremony requires it. The responsibility should be agreed before the wedding rather than assumed.
What happens if a vendor is late?
It depends on what the delay affects. We coordinate communication, review the event plan, and adjust timing or responsibilities where possible. We do not guarantee third-party vendor performance.
